Make a couple points... like how they have had plenty of time prior to your suit to settle and how they have enough money to get anyone to the court at any time. SK
Re: Secrets for money If I'm reading LizardKing correctly, there is no paperwork to read. It was an oral agreement. They provided a corrected copy of his reports and he dismissed the case. No paperwork, nothing to read, no addresses to list.
