    Just wanted to let everyone know my case has now been filed in Federal Court. I'm suing a major company and all 3 CRA's. It feels really good to finally have it filed.

    I'm personally familiar with Lady's case, as a few of us are. I CAN tell you that these people screwed up BIG TIME and will soon be paying the piper (Lady).

    We shall all be watching with anticipation and wish you the best Lady.

    Someday we'll all be talking about the infamous Lady V. ??? case.
