Guys, I've got an interesting situation for you to review. First time in my life I have seen something like this. Parties are near the end of divorce proceedings. 5 days before the final hearing, attorney for the wife pulls husband's credit report. The pull is listed as a hard on his cr, from Law Office So-and-So. Legal or illegal? PP or no PP? Mind you, husband has no outstanding financial obligation towards the wife and there is no order either for the husband to provide this information or providing an allowance for the lawyer to pull the report. ARE THEY (LAWYER) GOING TO GIVE THE PARTY A CREDIT CARD OR LOAN??? If not...NO PP!!! If the JUDGE demanded it...that would be fine...BUT the COURT would PULL it!!!
I'm assuming there are no minor children involved? http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcra/greenblt.htm This could be funny, I hope the guy sues him.
