I got online approval with nextcard. I thought chase was online approval also, but I was directed to an empty page. Now I'm leary about applying online again. But I do need one more card. Anyone know any that give you a denial or approval online? Oh, I did apply to Aria but told them no thanks to their measly $500 limit. I'm having surgery in California next month, and need another card to help with motel rooms, food, gas etc for about 14 days. Thanks

    Isn't Juniper online approval?

Sorry about Chase Laura, I should have told you in wasn't instant appoval. From what I remember on these boards the Citi AA silver was instant for me, but not hubby?? I think Juniper is, don't know your credit situation but Juniper requires a 660 score and they pull Equifax, not sure but I thought Cap 1 was instant too, but don't quote me on that one.

I had instant approval from NextCard and got a letter in the mail after they called to verify my application. The letter said they were not able to verify my information and I needed to send in my phone bill, my last paystub, copy of SS card, blah blah blah....Nobody else had any trouble verifying, they can stuff it.

They did call me and ask again EVERY single damn question, that I already answered. Then began to ask who Jane Doe etc was. I finally said what does this have to do with the price of eggs in china. It turned out that my nephew applied for the same card almost a year ago and didnt have an email address and used mine. She said they have to verify that it is actually me because of that. Who knows?? I was getting somewhat aggravated...but I kept remembering $5K line of credit with ongoing 9.9% so I (for once) kept my mouth shut, was polite and gave her the answers she wanted.

    RE: Jamie

She verified my entire application and asked me several times over and over again if I was "sure" I didn't have any other credit cards. I am an AU on my husbands Cap 1 and I told her I just had received Discover in the mail 2 days before. I guess she didn't believe me. She was very intimidating and I felt as though I did something wrong. I almost called them to complain...but what good is that going to do. I don't need them anyways. I thought it was wierd that she contacted me at home and now they want my phone bill to verify my number??? Come On!!!!

You might have hit something here. My husband applied last year using my e-mail address.(he got denied) Our first names are very similar.

Applied online for a Chase Gold card. The last page went to a 'blank page' like in your case.

I called them to verify that they received the application. They did. No questions asked.

Three days ago, received the Chase Gold with $10K limit.
