I answered a phone call last Sept. and was told that I was going to be arrested and jailed for grand theft! It only got worse from there. I followed a link the other day, I think from Michael Kielsky's site, to ask legal questions about this type of violation. I spoke with an attorney today, and he is filing a claim. I am so excited. These men were so far outside the law it isn't even funny! I am so happy to have found a way to send a message to this collection agency. I am sure they have terrorized others as well. Thanks for all the strength I have gained from this board. I am on a roll...Hope it all works out well!!

Thanks everyone! Saar - I didn't think about visitation rights, although I should have when he told me how terrible it would be for my kids while I was in jail!
Otherterri,I hope you recorded the phone call,otherwise it's just your word against their's? That will get you nowhere in court.
