It has always seemed ironic that it is as easy to have a real delinquency removed from a consumer credit report as it is to have a mistaken delinquency removed. I am just a consumer who went through hell to get errors removed from my credit report. I am not a lawyer, nor do I represent myself as able to represent anyone.
