    Yesterday was a bad day for Household. I assume this article is the news they settled a prediatory lending suit with the AG's of several states for $484 million. The money goes into a fund and the Ag's of each state will distribute it to the victims.

    sounds like a lot of money...huh. 200Million will likely be atty fees :)
    that leaves the rest of us about .09 each (that was one of the Providian payments)...

    .09 for $99 screw jobs. yeah.. that's fair.
