Has anyone ever tried Lending Tree. com to get a home mortgage? I submitted an online app tonight. I got turned down by Union Planters for a mortgage due to chargeoffs. I have two(First Premier and Capital One), wife has two( Providian and Capital One). I knew that I was going to have to pay those off, but I am looking for a preapproval, contingent on paying the chargeoffs using the stratgeies on the forum
