Length of credit and score

    Hi all, I was wondering how is the length of credit figured into the FICO score, is it based on the average age of all your accounts or something else ? Do loan payments and dept. store cards also figure into the same equation ?

    Friggen idiot cheap ossholes...DARN. Couldn't think of anything that started with an O


    They give me 1 point back for the 20 they took for the collection that was removed.

    Who knows how it works, if you find out let me know.

    I have PERFECT CREDIT (all-be-it LOTS)...since 1978...BUT get no "EXTRA" credit for it!!!

    PAID $30,000 IN ONE MONTH...LOST F.I.C.O. POINTS...

    Nobody knows, and they WON'T tell...
