About when to send the letters for CHOD. I think it would be better for all involved if we narrowed down an EXACT time when EVERYONE will be sending their disputes. That way, the CRA's are all swamped with ALL of our letters at the same time. So on to the question.. when do you plan to send your dispute(s)? a) Week of 11/18 b) Week of 11/25 c) Week of 12/2 d) Week of 12/9 e) Week of 12/16 f) Another date: (Please explain) I think the results of this poll will help others determine the best time to send their disputes. -LB FWIW: I plan to send my disputes the week of 11/25 (in the boards opinion, is this too early?)
Can I send a dispute on each date to all 3 CRA's!?!? Sorry, about the excitement, this is my first time.
I'm sure that that would work, however I plan to send my disputes in separate letters on the same date. I would like all of my deletions to occur around the same time. The purpose of my post was to get a specific date that MOST Creditnetters will use to send their disputes. Also, to all that had success last year, please post the date on which you sent yours and if the items were re-inserted after January. Thanks!! -LB
Hi! I plan to send out the last of mine the week of 11-25 to all three CRA's with the two disputes on one letter. Hope this works, then home free!!!
I plan to send out mine sometime in the first week of Dec (so they are due the same time as those that send theirs in Nov--my state only gives 21 days, so I want them to be due when yours are) I'm sending more than one per letter, for at least 4 letters total (maybe more, depending on how current dispute goes)
FWIW, I'm sending all of my letters CRRR. I have 20+ letters to send (I'm considering combining 2 disputes per envelope to save $$$), including some accounts that belong to my husband. Hopefully, paying for CRRR will pay off.
I think the 11/25 would be excellent. Many will be on vacation for Thanksgiving and then of course we have the many who will need to take XMAS vacations. BTW are we to dispute with the collection company as well as the CRA? Should we fax to the CRA's or dispute online?
