HeeHee! Ok, today is Tuesday. I made it before closing without any last minute phone calls from the builder, mortgage co or from anyone else to "burst my bubble" about buying this home. I think I made it 'over the hump'. And unless anyone tells me differently, I am about to have myself a party. Not really, I have to finish packing....lol. I close tomorrow people. Thanks to all of you who gave me the encouragement to apply for a mortgage. Thanks to all who gave me the needed advise along the way. I TRULY APPRECIATE IT. (yes I am yelling). I Love you guys! #1- I will be EXCERCISING my new NJ address......... #2- I just pulled experian from 123 credit reports and there was not an a recent inquiry from the lenders....I wonder if they check credit the day before.......Hummm!
i'll answer your question though i prolly shouldn't - lol my lender didn't pull a new cr. HOWEVER, we bought our house the same month we applied for the loan so our report was quite recent - just one more day - U CAN DO IT!!
Roni, I am so happy for you! Over the past year plus, I've seen how hard you've worked and, believe me! YOU DESERVE THIS HOUSE! Actually, it's a condo you're getting, isn't it? Anyway, I'm glad the process of looking and buying is nearly over and you'll be in your new home soon. By the way, Bank of America and MBNA pulled Experian on me. Fleet pulls Experian, too, I think. Oh well, I guess you guys didnt read my post from a few days ago, when I said that at 5pm Tuesday, I was applying for credit. Now, after the fact I am stuck in yet another mess. **** it! I really mean that.
I'll Help, be there about 11:00. All I ask is that no one let me carry the fragile stuff...or the expensive stuff for that matter...no appliances either...no tall items...or short awkward ones as well...nothing really large or heavy (my back)...everything else I am good to help you pack and load!! The funny thing is they are killing me on my job...and I through my knee out this afternoon. I am taking Vioxx for pain. BUT I WILL MOVE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. Luckily I hired movers for friday. Finishing my packing is the hard part now though.
