can we open a credit union? Ya'know pulling EFX and all... instant approvals... secured cards that report as unsecured... It doesn't seem that hard to open.... I'm not kidding.
Obviously you have never opened a Credit Union. I have. NCUA Insurance will sorta prelude your whole idea - the "Credit Deadbeats FCU" just won't fly in the current regulatory market.

If you have a key to the front door of one you can probably open one. (LOL) Otherwise it just might prove nearly impossible unless you have a large amount of cash and can meet the requirements to do so.
Re: Re: Let's open a CU!! Please explain.. seems like secured credit with the colateral sitting in your safe is pretty safe. I've worked in the finance industry quite a bit as a consultant, and realize it would not be a simple task nor cheap. But it's an interesting idea none-the-less.
