I think it would be helpful to everyone if anyone who has filed a lawsuit against a CRA, Collection Agency or ORIGINAL CREDITOR posted the full suit text on the board.

This would give others the ability to use it as a "template" for their own uses.

If it is a small claims suit, what was the exact wording you used on the complaint? Then describe the results.

If it was a circuit or district case, please post (without your name and case number) the entire summons and complaint.

If you retained counsel and he filed for you, that would be VERY helpful.

Someone could also go to the Federal Court and pull an FCRA lawsuit, scan or re-type the entire complaint and post it here. This would also be a great help.

What do you all think of this idea? It would be important to protect the identity of the Plaintiff, so if you post, PLEASE REMOVE ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION!

That would be a great Idea. I am going to have my staff pull out the info that we have on this also and I will post it all. Who Can set up the Legal Resource Area?

I already have all of that on my website. Complete with instructions from US LAW on how to file in small claims court. It's an almost total copy of their legal forms kit

I also have several lawsuits that have been filed by people I personally know who have used my help in preparing their cases.

I've already got more resources like that on my website than people will ever digest

And the pages just sit there and nobody ever accesses them.

Most of them would rather go fight endless battles with the credit bureaus than to try to understand how to do things right.

No matter how much I have preached that judgments are nothing to be afraid of since about 98% of them are null and void upon their face and people are still scared to death they will get hit with a judgment.

I even have examples of cases where absolutely no affidavits or testimony other than that presented by the attorney were ever presented to the court and I quote them Trinsey v Pagliaro and it all just goes sailing over their heads.

But all of that notwithstanding I think you have an excellent idea and I'm all for it and I will gladly provide the resources I already have to help in the project
