Letter- Am I missing anything?

I have a CC that is reporting twice to Transunion with the same acct. number.

I disputed with TU and it came back verfied.

I want to send a latter directly to the CC Credit Reporting department to have them remove it ASAP.

How does my first draft below sound? Am i missing anything? Am I going about it the right way?

Anything else I should throw into my letter? (or take out?)

To Whom It May Concern:

I recently acquired my Transunion credit report and noticed that my credit card with the above referenced account number is being reported twice in error.

I have attached a copy of my most recent credit report with the two accounts in question highlighted. Please delete account number two from Transunion as soon as possible since it has not been updated since 2001.

I look forward to a resolution of this matter within 30 days.

Heh, I wouldn't mind since the "googd" one is not that "good"

But it is certainly better than the one I want deleted.
