Some of you have probably already seen this before but there is no easy way to search this topic so I thought I'd just post. I got a letter from EQ (investigation results). It said the researched the Credit Store and two PHEAA entries and each was being deleted. However, when I looked at the updated report, only the Credit Store entry went away - all of the PHEAAs still exist. I called EQ and the girl said she didn't see any PHEAAs that were slated for removal. Can't I just fax the letter to EQ and they will delete them? how does this happen?
