30 days have passed since I sent a settlement letter. Am I still responsible to meet that settlement if I hear a response from them or should I just let sleeping dog lie and wait out the year or so I have left on the credit report?

Hit 'em again and follow up with a letter to the CRA's requesting deletion since they can't seem to validate the debt.

Hello-o? Once again......Did the letter contain the fdcpa "miranda"? If not sue the lawyer? Why screw around with validations? Why play with pebbles when you have a thermonuclear warhead in your pocket?
