I mentioned before I have lost 7 positive TL from my TU report. Well I contacted the OC on the accounts that were deleted. I asked them if they requested the accounts to be removed from my TU credit files. I even sent them a copy of the report with the accounts on them and with them removed. They were old accounts, and I was afraid they wouldn't have them on file. The lady called me up and was real helpful. She told me that she talked to TU herself about these accounts being removed and TU even told her "We don't know why they were removed either." She said she was going through the archives to see if she can find these accounts, and she would get back with me. I called about a week later for an update. She said their records are purged every 3 years, but she manually sent the information I supplied her back to TU for a resubmition. I asked if she could send me a letter stating that her company has not requested these files to be deleted and that her company has resubmitted the information. That phone call took place about 2 weeks ago, I got a letter from her yesterday stating what I asked. As of today, the information she asked to be put back on has not yet on my TU report. Should I wait a month to see if it is on my August report? If it doesn't show up, can I send the old report that has the tradeline listed, along with her letter, and ask for TU to put these accounts back on? How likely is that to happen? _________________
TU should be PU they dont care what your report states - they dont care if its accurate or not - and they are a pain in the &ss in trying to correct perfectly good albiet deleted info

My Crap1 still hasn't shown back up on TU (this after I'd called Crap1 back in May to see if they could fix it). I think I'll be long dead (and ergo have no use for it) before that ever shows up again.
Thanks Sassy, I knew I saw something familiar about that thread...I missed the critical update!! The Jeep sig took me a few hours to get just right...I have to tweak it a little now and then, but it's cool!!!
