This is a letter I recieved from TU after I disputed some items on my credit record online . Could anyone help define this letter? Do I have to contact the OC first for verification ? We do not provide dispute verification responses recieved from creditors . If you need to obtain documentation or written verification concerning your accounts , then please contact your creditors directly .
