    Hello all!

Need help. I'm sending a "cease phone communication" letter to Allied Interstate Inc. They a re calling my place of employment every day and I'm starting to fear for my employment. The debt I owe is mine and I want to pay it in full - no settlement - and I'm wondering how to go about it. I would like to send them a letter of negotiation with the condition that if I pay the bill in full they will delete the record from all three reporting agencies. Now that I have sent the "cease phone communication" letter, when is a good time to send the debt negotiation letter? Does anyone know of a template I can use. This stuff is really scary. I have to say that they have me quite intimidated. Do you think they would sue over $900. I recently moved into a rent-free situation with my living conditions and will start throwing as much cash to all my credit problems as I can.

BTW - Allied Interstate Inc. is collecting for Sherman Acquisitions. If they agree to my condition, will I need the written statement from Sherman or Allied or both agencies?

Thanks to all - This is a great site and you are all good people.
