I'm writing to an OC to make them aware of the numerous violations of the AC they have representing them. Would you attach proof (tripled entries on the credit report, letters from the AC without state required information) or would you just send the letter and let them wonder how much I have?

    Thanks!

    Gosh NanaC,

Can't figure why you're getting no responses, lol, that's a thread in the credit net fast lane for ya.

I'd generally elude to what you have without providing the specifics -- don't want to give them any time to make stuff up :-O!

    Hey Nana,

I'm with Sassy. I wouldn't tell them crap except that "YOUR CA IS IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW".

I think response is limited because people are already aware that you know what you're doin. Also this is new frontier.

Don't forget to send a copy of the Lefevre and Madine interview.

    Keep us posted.

    :)

Hey buddy, I am with the others. Not your responsibility to tell them they can't read. Let them read the law suit. You are notifying them that there is a mistake. make them work
