Does anyone out there know how they sign your val/dispute letters. Do they sign your name w/ power of atty., leave blank (just typed name), or what? It seems to me that if credit repair co. or do-it-yourselfers didn't sign it could throw up a red flag.

I don't know if you guys saw my post from last week but, the atty for credit data southwest contacted me about a dispute letter they received from me. It appears that for some reason, and they still deny it, Junum sent out a dispute despite the fact that I cancelled Junum in July. The atty. read it to me and said it was hand written and signed by "me". They disputed accounts already deleted plus an account in good standing. They said they couldn't stop the dispute as it was already in progress. My results are due on the 17th. My concern by the way, is that negative accounts that were already deleted and that they sent verification requests to, will come back verified and reappear. Then Junum will have some problems. It was postmarked from Santa Ana, Ca.
