Kristi...please explain the Carreon and Associates relationship with Lexington Law Firm (www.creditrights.com), and also respond to the many complaints that are voiced here regarding non-response to inquiries, poor service, continued billing after cancellation, etc...it almost sounds like they went to the Cross Country Bank School for Customer Relations...
