I've mentioned my positive experience with Lex before (link). I was a client for several months a few years ago. Although they were helpful, I quit only because I ended up becoming an obsessive [24-hour-a-day, check-your-reports-umpteen-times-a-week, read-the-boards-morning-noon-and-night] consumer advocacy addict -- see my number of posts here, cough, cough. It sure did!! Go check if you want. Go to your account, click either ignore or buddies, then click the link to list all users. At the top, click top 10. You'll see your name right at the bottom of that page!!
