Hi all, I wanted to update you on the current status with Lexington Law Firm Our credit card was refunded the amount we paid for the upgrade and they have offered to work on both of our accounts for free for a couple months. I have been in contact with a few represtntatives wanting feedback so that they can improve their customer service. I've also talked to the person who will be handling our case and I have been reassured that the communication lines will remain open That's it for now I promise to keep you all informed Kelly
Did Jason assist you? Or did lexington simply recognize that you had not been treated properly as a client.
RE: Did Jason assist you? I think it was a little bit of both. Jason initiated the inquiry into our case. They (Lexington) realized their mistake and are trying to rectify the gaps in their current system to provide better service to us and future clients. I will keep you posted. We feel hopeful, but only time Will tell. Kelly
