I know I asked this a while back, but thought I'd try again... ...looking for a good contact within Lexus or Toyota Motor Credit to make a goodwill adjustment. Lots of CC companies have one, so hoping TMC does too.
Just an FYI for anyone else financed through TFS/TMCC.... while I never got a contact to deal with with this business, I was told by a CSR that Toyota allows a consumer to write a goodwill letter asking them to remove one late pay from an account. It's a one-time offer and for anyone with just a single late pay, is pretty great as it converts a negative account into a positive one. Other lenders may vary, but for TFS customers, this is good to know and thought I'd throw it out there.
