For CA's: Do the license/bond laws for a CA apply to the state that the CA resides in or if different will the CA law apply to the state I currently reside in? To make things simple: I have a debt owed in the state of Ohio. no bond/license required. However, I moved to AZ. CA is still trying to collect. AZ requires a bond & license & fees. Do they have to abide now by the laws of AZ or are they still goverend by the state of Ohio since that is where they originate? THANK YOU!!!
