It DOES though get the debtor stressed and harassed and if the creditor is ever going to get any money this is the way to get it, or the debtor doesn't get back their car,and if a JDB can make someone miserable not a bad days pay : ( Hey there was even talk of stealing a pet to make the debtor pay... : (
I've heard even worse stories about one of the largest banks in the world, and collecting on a 3rd World debt...............
