To anyone who cares, I'm currently finishing my first year in law school and I finally have come to a decision in what I'm going to use this JD for. After what these creditors have put me through and their unwillingness to help me when I really needed it has forced me to take a stand and help people who need help against these organizations. I really was clueless on what I wanted to do with a law education but it's becoming clearer as I become familiar with this board and in my never-ending battle with the CR's. Just wanted to let you know that there are lawyers out there that want to work for the forces of good and everything that is right. I'd love to be the one to have a nationwide class action against all 3 CRA's. Now that pay-off would probably rival the tobacco co. settlements. Just imagine yourself on a jury making a decision in a case like that. It would be hilarious to see counsel for the CrA's attempting to put a human face on those organizations. Slam dunk if you ask me. Everyone keep fighting the good fight and speading the info....... Just my two cents........

I think you would have tapped an untouched market if you did so. As we all see with the knowledge on this board that the laws are set up to protect us and the CA and CRA violate them all day everyday because of consumer ignorance. Although there are other websites out there I think someone could still put together more comprehensive than whats availible.
