The only ones you may, and I say may, be able to get are the high fee cards. We have providian and merrick bank. You could start out by going to lendingtree.com and filling out the info for a credit card. It will show you a buncha boxes with different kinds of cards so just click on the bad credit/improve box. It pulls a soft inquiry off of TU so no harm there. I tried it and it offered 4 varieties of first premier cards I would be approved for. IF that does not work you could always go for a secured card.
