Liquid Visa Card

First USA is testing the "Liquid Visa Card", an invitation -only credit card that consumers can customerize by dictating their own rewards,billing dates,and annual percentage rates interest. Cardholders also determine the card's look and can choose how they apply and when they receive statements.



Liquid Visa Card (First USA) direct mail offers include invitation identification number that's required to apply for the card and a CD in the shape and size of a credit card that provides information on the card. Reciprnts can apply by calling a toll free number,logging onto a dedicated Web sites via CD. The URL is www.valueliquidvisa.com The card that offer three APR options:

The Choices were: a 0% APR for six months that goes to prime plus 6.99% or a 1.9% APR for nine months that alos goes to prime plus 6.99% or a 9.9% fixed rate. The introductory rate require balnce transfer and a prospective cardholders were offered differing rates in some cases. Solicitation receipents were given a choice of threee rewards schemes. Value Miles provide free air travel, hotel stays, and gift certificates---all for $29 annual fee.
