I wanted to share a site I stumbled across this morning: http://www.pennlawyer.com/fdcpa.htm It is written by a Pennsylvania BK attorney and while you will want to skip the PA state law part if you don't live there, it is loaded with great primer stuff on the FDCPA, those CA calls mentioned, FAQs on BKs (click on the home link at bottom of page) cases and outcomes and other random items of possible interest. Yes, very informative. I have a CA violation call that's worse than the worst one on there... perhaps I should post it on my webpage after my suit is done.
