Litigation post removed upon request

A thread concerning possible litigation was removed at the original poster's request. It is our custom to remove litigation-oriented postings when their original posters feel unsafe by their continued presence within a public forum. Usually such threads are removed without comment, however this one was sufficiently popular that I felt some notice was warranted.

It happens that this particular discussion had little to do with credit by and large, so its deletion will not diminish our shared fund of information regarding the subject matter of this site.
