I sent a Litigious letter to Cap 1 for a paid off charge off that now reports as a paid collection. They received the letter Dec 18. I honestly dont know what to expect frm these guys.
It was just a letter asking for all copies of letters and recroding's including wav files,proof of the correct balance the name and address of the person who reported it to the cra's.I just made my own thoughts.I studied some of the sample letter's than made my own.Which is the best way otherwise they will ignore a sample letter.
