Hey Lizardking, I remember when you had mentioned when TU had settled and also signed paperwork saying that the items will not ever reappear again.. which would prevent any reaging or the items reappearing. You mentioned there was a 90 day stay as well as another agreement.. As for Experian and Equifax, you had said they settled out of court and on the phone. Were there any signed documents for these? How can you guarantee that the creditors/CA won't put those items back on at a later date or insure this won't happen?

Re: lizarding: lawsuit guarant Liz, I bet you $50 that one or more of the items reappear. Those guys are so clueless, even after they get sued the negatives generally show back up. One of the causes of action in a past round of AG lawsuits against the CRAs alleged that they had no process to prevent false items from reappearing.
