    You say that the fdcpa requires validation of the debt, but it says so within 30 days of notice by the debt collector. How can we justify sending the validation request beyond the 30 days they notify you? Do you know if they really have to validate the debt or are you just winning because they want to make you go away? I say this because I haven't seen any statute that says the debtor has a right to ask for validation beyond the 30 days after notice from collections.

    Yeah, I see what you are saying. And yeah you should write a book. Sell it for 5 bucks over cost, you'd still be making good money. Thanks.
