Lizardking, I have a question about your lawsuit. In your template you (and the FCRA) state that an individual can't sue a provider of information under FCRA Section 623 (a); that a consumer can only sue a information provider under 623 (b). However, the first two violations that you list in your statement of claim are 623 (a) violations. Does that mean that once the original creditor violates Section 623 (b), they open themselves up to civil action on section 623 (a)? yzf600rk
