I'm just finally glad to have started a "lively" post, even if it did run WAY off topic. Just to update, I faxed and CRRR a paid CA (2 paid actually) telling them they violated FDCPA by not sending statements regarding the postdated payments we set up and speaking to me about hubby's accounts. I told them in it delete the tradelines or see you in court. I'm hoping they just delete (why wouldn't they it's paid). As to Collectech, I am patiently waiting for the 17th so I can send my estoppel and my demand letter. I have been answering the phone in hopes it's them trying to get some cash! LOL.
