    I saw your post here about the complaint that you worte to Captial One, I did the same thing. Today, I got an email from someone, they want me to call a number and speak to their consumer advocate, is this what you did? I had several problems with them, they charged my account for a Privacy Gaurd that put me wayover the limit, I also had a internet check bounce because Sprint double charged me for my long distance service, got $50 in retruned check fees for that. I do not know that I want to speak to them, advice please?

    that is exactly what I did. They emailed me asking me to call the consumer advocate which I did. He was a real good guy. Go ahead and call. He'll work something out with you. They want their customers to be happy.

    Care to publish their phone # for the sake of common good?

    I'm not a Cap 1 customer, but I'm sure other would find it helpful.
