Hey, remember you helped me with that Experian thing where they reinserted accounts that had been deleted for over a year? I'm going to send the letter CRRR tomorrow, but should I dispute online, too? TIA
I cancelled CreditExpert, and three accounts were not there. 3 days later, I resign up, and there are these accounts. All were previously deleted. At least one has been gone for over a year. You said to send a letter demanding the certification (proof to reinsert) if I didn't get a notice in the mail from them by the end of this week. I sent the letter Certified today, but I need to know if I should dispute them too?
Probably what is going to happen is they won't have any certification and they will start an investigation on their own. You probably gave them 15 days to comply right? They may decide to just delete them now rather than try to prove they have proof, and if you have a current dispute in process, that may delay the deletion. I would say don't do a new dispute at this time.
Yeah, you said to give them 15 days, and I did. I sent it Certified, via the online USPS service. Didn't see the CRRR box until after it was sent. But I did get a tracking number. Should I resent it CRRR?
If they give you confirmation of delivery and a persons name, I wouldn't bother. If they don't, if it was me, I would send it again certified just to cya.
