I called Junum 2 weeks ago and they mailed out a second copy on March 28. I called again last Friday and they said to check again this week and to call them again if they still claim to have not received it. I will call Equifax again tomorrow and if I get the same answer, I will then call Junum again. I'll let you know what they say.
