I am locked out due to "can not verify identity" and was told by TU since I have a dispute in progress I can't get online access. Never had a problem before. I tried to get a score from Eloan and they can't identify either, even though I had no problems last week. So I pulled one from Truecredit and a bunch of new collection accounts that were not on my TU report were on it and a very old address . The ladt=y from TU says they don't have that address llisted on theirs. I am wondering if Truecredit gets info from other sources. The collection accounts listed are from a long time ago on my Experian but everything else is the same as TU report I recently pulled. Very bizarre. Why does finding out info have to be so complicated.

    Karak,

Ignore the information on True Credit, most of it is so outdated it is no longer relevant. Did TU state that you could access online your information after the dispute is over? I am having the same problem with Equifax (I disputed a balance) and Equifax will let me get an updated report, but it shows the same old informaton for everything (nor will my score change). I have another week before I can yell at them. ;)

    Karak,

I got the same message online today. They said I could still get a copy mailed to me, just not online.

I also have a current dispute.

I can't use worthknowing since I have within the last 90 days . Is that correct? Eloan says they can't access either.

I think that you can use Worthknowing but it won't be free until your 90 days are up.

This is really getting irritating. What is the deal with TU online access?! (I cannot access through WK).

Can ANYBODY access online through TU? Why is everyone getting locked out?

I tried worthknowing.com and my score was a 5 out of 100. That is awful. I only have one negative too- a paid charge off from years ago. IT said I had 33 inquiries(heh), the length of my credit was too short(open 6.3 years) and I had a personal finance loan which hit my score hard. Other than that I had 2 good ccs, 2 good car loans, and 1 good lease. How pathetic is that.

I was locked out today also, trying to connect from work.

I was able to access *Fico Report* last night, but today I can't be verified?!?

Bingo! I had the same problem. I have received 3 online reports before and now suddenly they "cannot verify my identity" twice?! That's HORSESH*T!!

I have pulled true credit every so often to check. One time CSR told me dup acct deleted. I went to true credit, pulled a bureau and called them back and told them that it is still there.

Maybe they found out netters ids and now block us! LOL

is everyone trying to get in "for free?" or buying new reports? I've been wondering when they would catch up to the repeated denied credit thingie...

Has anyone been able to access it latey?

I've been able to get in, but I have been using a valid credit denial.

Haven't had any problems getting info. I just look for an inq. on their report that has been posted and I use that company as the company that denied me. At least for me it doesn't appear to matter if the inq. was over 60 days ago. I just type American General Finance denied in July 2002 and I'm in. I pull a TU approximately every 4-5 days. Creditexpert is the one I'm having major problems with. They want me to send 2 pieces of ID to them and I received a letter from them stating that I asked to be placed on their fraud alert list, WTF is that???? I think they are just catching on to the multitudes of free 30 day offers I've subscribed to. 69.95 for the year, you must be kidding.
