If you know your scores around the time you applied there is a place to add that, too, and whether you were approved or not.
A lot of creditnetters have CreditExpert for Experian and can check there. For EQ there is Equifax's ScorePower or CreditWatch and for TU there is IdentityGuard or pulling a report directly from TU online. If you have the information, log it. But I wouldn't spend the money on reports just to find out who pulled what. It's just that many creditnetters already have the information because they have access to reports quite often.
