LOGISTICS/YOUR OPINION(S): 1) If a credit card was obtained and a contract signed in state "A". 2) And, if debtor wished to move to state "B", which incidentally is at least and possibly over 400 miles away. 3) And, if the debtor is delinquent on above account. Which state/jurisdiction would the creditor and/or collection agency and/or junk debt buyer most likely sue in?
