I found something that shows Robert Trauner as a US Bankruptcy trustee in Georgia: TRUSTEE(S) COVERING THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA Robert Trauner 2880 Dresden Drive Atlanta, GA 30341 Phone: (404)233-1900 This is the same Trauner as in TraunerCohen & Thomas, LLP. Isn't there some kind of conflict of interest going on here? First he writes letters purporting to be represinting lenders in the area of creditors rights and next thing you know he's a bankruptcy trustee....an officer of the court at the same time???? What gives?
