Hey all, I was interested in finding out about anything i can on Lexington law firm (out of Salt Lake City, Utah). Ive read a lot of the comments here about them, but if anyone cares to reply on there current experience with them I'd love to hear it. I'm about 80% decided on retaining them here in the near future, but want to know more before I do. thanks, HDuty
I had retained them, and they did help me with a few things. But, I decided I would have better results from reading here and doing it myself. Lexington Law only disputes 3-4 items per credit report each time and with turn around it works out to be about every 60 days or so. My best results ever where maybe 2 items per report getting deleted. Many times nothing would get deleted at all. If you have time and the money, go for it. I just think you stand a better chance with results sticking around here. I have already seen some improvment, and I have only been following the advice on this forum for 3 weeks or so. Good luck to you whatever you decide.
I'm not sure what more can be said about the subject that couldn't be found in a search for the word "lexington". Without starting another "they-don't-do-anything-you-can't-do" thread, you can just read the last "they-don't-do-anything-you-can't-do" thread. http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45226 It sums up the feelings of the community here nicely.
Re: Lookin for info about lexington Yep, I get that... I know I can do this myself actually tried it a lil' with limited success...but to expound, I'm looking for...well, people's specific experiences with the company. Hduty
Re: Lookin for info about lexington Oh... and Dave, thanks for the thread.... It was super informative. Hduty
