I am trying to secure a small ($ 1500 to $ 2500) loan to pay off a few bills. I have three well managed credit lines (2 Visas and a car loan) but have been turned down by the likes of Target and Macy's. Yhe last FICO score I had was about 620... that was before securing my car loan a few months ago (no lates). Any suggestions as to who to go to? Household? Norwest?
