Does anyone know of any legit mortgage co. that does re-fi's with a mini-construction type loan out. The mini construction based on Apprasied vaule off of proposed plans? Loan would be 84% of value. We seem to keep running in to brick walls. My husbands scores are between 640 - 660. Perfect credit since 4/99. Did have a business bk ch7 in 5/95 (discharged 9/95) & ch13 in 3/99 (discharged in 12/99). No longer self employed. Have been with current co for 4 1/2 years in same line of work for 20. Current debt without current house payment is $273 a month. Includes CC's & car loan. Just want a decent rate & reliable mortgage co. I am in Fl. Thanks, Becky
Did you check with a local Credit Union? I have my mortgage and HELOC thru Chase. Don't know if they offer what you are looking for but we just refinanced and they were great to us as far as fees, etc...
