Hey all, I have to send my estoppel letter to NCO for a collection account they have failed to validate over the past 60 days. I have sent 2 attempts, but got no response of any kind. I searched the board a couple weeks ago, and found an address to their compliance department. This is not the address where I sent the validation letters to, but it is where I am going to send my final letter asking for immediate deletion. Anyone have that address handy? I can't find it, and my search isn't working for some reason. Thanks, gracie
