I am taking on Cap1 and all 3 CRA's in what may become a major class action suit. The issue is Cap1 and other credit card issuers who refuse to report correct credit limits and, when these are disputed, verifies the high balanve instead of the correct credit limit. The attorney who will be bringing this suit is looking for a plaintiff in any of the following counties in California: San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo. A similar suit will be filed in Arizona.
