Thought I'd throw this out, as there are probably others in a situation similar to my own, and I haven't foud the info I need here yet. My scores range from 564-585 on cu's. I have one charge off and one on-going collection on my reports, but the collection is currently being negotiated by my lawyer. It is over a matter of 5000 owed to the dept. of education. I'm looking to rebuild credit, what are the best cards you've encountered for this sort of situation, and why? No bankruptcies on my record either. Thanks.
